My brother just gave me a baby bonsai tree and I have no idea how to care for it! I have some food pellet things… can anyone give me some tips?

First, you need to research what type of tree you have and what the requirements of the species are. Different trees have different light, air, soil, and water requirements. Junipers, for example, simply will not survive indoors. Ficus, on the other hand, will not survive freezing temperatures outdoors.
